Any recommendations when it comes to: - Real estate agents we should work with? 

From the start, something seemed off with the seller and/or the seller's agent.

@James Anderson, as a licensed real estate agent, it's pretty straightforward, and I assume my take will be similar to that of other agents. 

They have already called a real estate agent to list on the MLS and when the agent comes over to take the listing, they tell the prospective seller that the dog poop in the living room has got to go.The rot in the bathroom behind the toilet needs to be fixed.

I would look for an experienced agent of my own who understands what is standard for your market.

I'm currently trying to build my list of interview questions that I would/could use when it comes to screening and finding the right Real Estate Agent.

Any tips on agencies that better fit a sales agent just starting out?
