I haven’t invested yet, but I can’t imagine it being a bad experience.

I also like their approach to managing properties acquired outside of their turnkey program... 

See if there are cash-flowing properties to be acquired…. in less desirable neighborhoods I suppose (Glen Burnie, Dundalk?
