Aiming for larger properties on your first deal (100+ units) is definitely very ambitious.

With a larger organization like iintoo you'll likely be talking to an account manager that has been assigned to working with you.

But 1) you're likely grandfathered in if they ever do, and 2) there are no talks or indications of changing directions on their stance. 3) long term rentals don't cashflow here, but our appreciation is super high.

Some of the larger brokerages (like coldbanker or Keller Williams or @ properties) would be better if you are going to get super focused on being a broker.

Or should I wait it out a couple of years until I have a larger amount saved up.

You can find online which larger institutions are buying in a specific area and try and reach out to them.
