I initially thought of talking with tenants to know about if there is anything is wrong with the property (I won't rely on it if they say everything is awesome, but if they point some potential pitfalls , I thought I could enquire about them with seller and make sure they addresses them in legal documentation)

People and strategies change all the time and maybe things have changed since I enquired quite a few months ago.Just to add to the fun, I am non resident alien (Brit).Anyone know any Brit friendly angels out there.Robin :D

They said the most accurate information available is "The National Enquirer".

They are interested in renewing the lease and have enquired about a 6-month term lease.

Not once did our insurance company enquire as to who managed any of those properties. 

Enquire vs inquire. 

When I enquired about any other, less dramatic options, they said that they could program an exit remote for me but it would cost ME $40.  

When we enquired about the pattern, she told us she could not count on still having it all at the start of the month, so she preferred to give us $150 each week.

When enquired they have no answers.

End of discussion.I did disclose the history to everyone who enquired about renting the house.
