Nevertheless, I am now re-energized and looking forward to restarting REI.My near-term goal is to increase cash-flow through investing in long-term multi-family rentals in Albany, NY or short-term rentals in Saratoga Springs, Lake George or Lake Placid, NY, the Smoky Mountains, or Florida. 

I know a lot of people that can just work from their laptop at the kitchen table, but we have an energized 2 year old and I'm much more productive if I have a little space for an office. 

So much so that people bring me deals, my passion for it energize those around me to want to do deals, clean up their finances, improve their financial planner etc.

I look forward to staying plugged in and energized for the long run on the road to real estate success.

Whereas both my current job and consulting role are things I force myself to do, learning about and being involved in real estate investing energizes me like no other business endeavor I have ever been a part of.My Short Term Goals: Flip SFH's or small MFH's.

A speaker, well versed in selling the dream of real estate riches, energizes the crowd and sparks their hopes.

Now that the market has turned up a bit I find myself with a decent amount of equity (Been paying off those first few houses for 10+ years now) and some cash in the bank.All that being said I am re-energized to get back into real estate investing.

I am just so re-energized after talking to and meeting so many great people.
