It's a drainage ditch. 

That's the flood zone stuff, or stuff where value is less than what is owed, or maybe partials, land locked, drainage ditches, stuff like that. 

The rentals are the easiest thing to ditch and your brain has decided that you need to let something go... which is easier if you hate it rather than still love it (as you mentioned you previously did).

Develop different buy boxes.Land that you can subdivide.Land with two access points or roads.Rough land that has trees, ditches, nasty property.
