In some markets I've seen them package the data into a report they disseminate free to market their business.   

The website automatically disseminates it through a number of real estate portals and there is an additional fee to link to Realtor.com.The website emails you a viewing report weekly - breaking down how many times and where the tour has been viewed.

I've been reading up for the last 3 weeks now and I just can't get enough of the information that's disseminated here 'FOR FREE'!!!

And it could be it's easier to obtain the information on that trustee's foreclosures because they do so many and are more efficient at disseminating the information.
