I own properties in Massachusetts where there is a lot of rain and snow and basement leaking and moisture is one of the worst nightmares and dinosaurs that eat up cash for almost every property.

But as you know I am an old dinosaur and ONLY TEXT if its one of my kids or wife and maybe the 10 or 15 clients that are closest to me and long term  ( and thats if they text most dont)..

One of the old dinosaurs like Oracle or HP moving out of the area is one thing, but a new flagship company like Tesla moving HQ out of the area has people talking and wondering.

Apple Valley has a beautiful river we hike to and when hiking and looking at the beauty it always reminds me of going back in time to the dinosaur era.

If you want to flip, all plumbing must be updated to be solid platinum and new roofs made out of flattened dinosaur bones.

I'm a dinosaur. 

It's better for the planet to have as many people as possible work from home and it's better for orgs to go through this - as many orgs are stuck in dinosaur business models with outdated management styles that should be left in the dust.I'd point to the overwhelming opportunities people will see. 

Covid 19 is a bad case of the flu blown out of proportion by social media, the dinosaur media, and the fact that our society as a whole is hypersensitive to everything.

In fact I've upgraded 90% of the dinosaur rads & piping with Pex in one of our multi unit buildings.
