If you want out of the deal, 6% interest isn’t even enough to cover inflation, we deserve way more interest for use of our funds and the profits Werner Mercado is making at our expense.  

Now if a marketing company is bringing you buyers ( like what happened in FLA) were the buyers are putting up BIG non refundable deposits etc. that is worth a lot to a builder and the marketing company deserves comp for that.

On development deals we have to but I only use my bank that I have a 30 year relationship with and I put in our loan docs up front an unwind clause if it comes to that so the only way they would call a loan is if I walked away and deserved to have it called..
