Lenders are asking the contract on the MF  property (< 2million, 5+ units) before providing any approvals while strong offer needs some kind of lender pre-approvals so this seems to be a deadlock.  

If you're 50/50 partners, how do deadlocks get broken?

As talked about many times on this board, to achieve a partnership that avoids securities issues it's best to have all partners equal, if that's how you structure, how do you avoid deadlocks of opinion with partner?

I'm currently deadlocked on cashflow (landlording) but flipping has been good to me.

I can't even describe the amount of damage that a deadlock situation can cause in an LLC.  

So, just posting the notice broke the small deadlock in this situation.

It's a deadlock if you disagree on something and everything bogs down.

A 50/50 is a deadlock and nothing gets done when one disagrees with the other.Have you taken the time to read two very good posts?
