Contracting is all about relationships , knowing who to call and when to call them .

This is what I am encountering, in the current Mortgage Industry.If you think you will go FHA, Conventional, FHA 203k, etc. and then Quit Claim the property, to a LLC, or a Land Trust you run the risk of the lender discovering a Title Transfer occurred and activating the "Acceleration Clause" or "Due on Sale Clause" that requires the loan to be paid in full, within 'x' number of days.

But, these broad market studies are so large, they are almost meaningless, in the real world.Between glut of new supply in many "hot" markets coming online, a continually softening economic outlook, inflation over last couple years making day to day items feel cost prohibitive, many average renters are strapped and seeking lower cost housing.  

If the credit screening costs $25, then you earn nothing.I believe there are exceptions for a higher fee, but you have to stick to the actual cost of the screening.I would talk to an attorney before charging more than $25 per applicant.

I'd like to know because if they select them as they are entered into their database, right after filing, then there is another good reason to always extend and file on the last day.
