They are both shades of gray.

I took out a loan for a pool to make me feel better but only ended up with a creepy old lady for a neighbor that would open the shades anytime I’d get in the pool.

There WILL be some shade difference, as the existing has weathered for 4yrs now. 

If someone is anonymous, and not being specific about what the complaint is....how do we know they are not just a competitor trying to throw shade at their competition? 

It does amazing if you keep it under shade.

I have some telling me that I can do minor repairs on the property and use a credit card to purchase materials (HVAC Filters, caulk or even paint) and my IRA can pay the credit card directly (keeping it at arm's reach).I also see where this interpretation of services versus repairs could be considered a "Grey" area and I am just looking for something that turns it at least a little darker.

Not throwing shade.

There has been multiple mentions of how small the yard is, is the yard mostly shaded out by neighboring trees or houses or get full sun? 

It's a very broad question which is probably more prone to shades of grey than most.

They haven't been a maintenance issue other than the glass shades once getting broken which I was able to replace with used shades from a used construction material store like Habitat for Humanity.
