All interest rates and payment plans are custom made to work for both parties therefor creating a win win scenario.As far as partnering with the banks goes.

(We're from California as well) Everything has been extremely smooth so far and their staff has been excellent with their customer service. 

Yelp is a good source because it lets you read reviews of actual customers.

Anything above that is billed to the customer separately by you.

The customer service/property management hasn't been as proactive as I thought it would be.

People staying for 30-90 days are a completely different customers than someone in a years lease.
