From Facebook Marketplace to Airbnb-style rooms, there are countless ways you can market your rental property online.

As I've now pointed out countless times, if you have two loans, mortgage and revolving credit line, with the same interest rate and make the same payment every month, you will pay both off at the same time.

As Jaycee said, there are countless ways to generally analyze potential investments.

They have cost my business tens of thousands of dollars and countless wasted hours of follow ups and missed opportunities.

Then when things go to hell they walk away and pretend they had no involvement with the Property Manager even though they facilitated countless transactions positioning themselves as the owner.
