Combining short term rentals and a venue is a huge advantage because guests would not have to travel far and you could offer better rates as part of a event package.My current venue focuses more on baby showers, content creation and birthday celebrations rentals.

Florida is a unique state for MHP law and the insurance has gotten very expensive there too.I recommend checking out @Frank Rolfe's mobile home university content if you haven't already.

Currently I am reading "Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat" by David Greene and tuning in to a lot of Brandon Turner video and content.

Just have some build series videos up right now but will start some more informational content around build management and investment very soon (working on it now). 

He puts a lot of free content out there to learn from.
