Focus on connecting with the ones who add the most value and ask for the least from you.

Make sure you spend a lot of time reading, learning, and meeting people before making the first investment.

Do you guys ever take the risk of buying a foreclosure at sheriff sale with the previous owner still living in it? How do you calculate rehab cost given you can’t look inside?
