My constant companion is my little yorkie named Bebe!

She never wimpered or jumped, just went quietly.We had decided a few years ago that this would be our last dog, as great a companion as they are it's too hard to say good-bye to them.Anyway now that we can post pix on BP I thought I'd share a picture of her.

Going back to Tim's tenants, I can certainly see some "cat lady" making demands and forcing you to accommodate her "companion" service animals...Sorry, I've been in this business too long...

I have seen that a lot of our pet owners have gotten their pets certified as companion/service animals.  

It is free for landlords and it puts the burden on the tenant to prove it is a legitimate companion animal.
