Does anyone have any referrals for property managers in the Los Angeles area who specialize/ have experience in mid term rentals?

We have a STR managed by a property management company.

That's for all "standard" Property Management "things". 

@Kyle McVay I self-managed my first 5 units and then transferred all new units to a PM.

I personally do not have experience managing rentals.

We are extremely unhappy with our property management company.

This also leads owners to ASSUME simpler is better when it comes to management contracts.
