Just a heads up - if you have strong relationships with church leadership and are getting into real estate, the YIGBY movement may be a great place for you to work in. 

The City has an "Eviction Prevention Task Force" which includes Judges, Attorneys, the Sheriff's department and non-profit groups and churches.

Tithing and charitable giving have been hijacked by the government and the church. 

We hired another contractor (a church friend of a realtor that we'd used in the past and we trust this realtor 100%) and paid him $15,000 to start the same project and everything went great; he completed demolition, installed the new roof, and got some permits (roof permit, electrical, and plumbing).

He's also working with a local pastor of a mega church here in DeKalb and i'm in litigation now for over 2.5M after they along with a local closing attorney Jacinda Walker of Regal Legal Services.   

They are people who have planned trips like family reunions, church events, baseball tournaments, etc.

lolAnd, as wholesaler not having a fiduciary duty to seller, not running a charitable organization or Church, how is it my job to educate the seller about the worth of their property?
