Best bet would be to talk to some local commercial real estate brokers that specialize in retail and office leasing.They will be the ones in the know.That being said I like urgent care, medical, dental, eye dr, chiropractor etc they always make good long term retail/office flex tenants.

I've used weeks in my Cancun rentals for tires, dentist, chiropractor, subcontractors of every type, restaurant script, landscape maint, autowork, professional photography, bookkeeping, other vacation rentals, surveys, computer, guns/ammo, printing, and appraisals to name a few.

What I was going to say was that when I turned 54 I had a brain annurism and a stroke and have not been able to walk for over 8 years and they happened two days before my scheduled preventative surgery and I never anticipated that because I was in perfect shape and a Chiropractor told me to get a brain MRI.
