General Real Estate
What’s going on everyone, this is my second post and I just wanted to formally introduce myself and let everyone know what I’m about. To start, my name is Jerrin (most call me JB) I live in Farmington Hills,MI right now, I’m 19 and currently part time student studying in Architecture. I really love Real Estate and just learning in general. I’ve been recently listening to BP everyday for around 6-8 hours just taking notes and getting familiar with terms and techniques. I also have a list of over 30 books I’m trying to tackle one by one.
In the next 3-5 years I see my self heavily invested in both single and multi family homes. I also will be creating my own development/construction business that focuses mainly on commercial and vacation rentals. I really want to invest in my first multifamily home buy the end of this year.
I am moving to Wesley Chapel in FL in a few weeks, and I don’t really know where to start. If anyone in the area can point me in the right direction to get started on my journey that would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry about that I'm not too tech savvy. I'll continue. Just make sure who you're learning from experienced people that know what they are talking about. When I graduated from college they were not selling personal computers. Whatever you choose to do, be prepared and sound like an expert. Try to get yourself noticed on all social media places and know how to use them. I would tend to stay away from most commercial property. I would recommend residential property from single and multifamily homes and apartment complexes.
Be on the lookout for property you can add value to. The more you learn, the more confident you will be. This may be a little out of place but always be prepared for anything that could happen in the future. You might become a liability or have to support a family member. I know what I am talking about.
