Our Grafted lime trees put a little production in year 2 and 3 but nothing noteworthy.  

MAREI's still here, we meet at the Double Tree on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 6 to 9 and we have a meeting after the meeting.1st Meeting is FREE.We have generally 100 in attendance.Come out and check it out, join our community - we did have several from St Joe at the meeting last month. 

Has a massive stand of desirable trees (hardwood would be a must) Oak, Maple, Walnut foresters wont even bother unless you have acres and acres of harvestable trees. 

I would for NOT do tree houses for liability reasons.

Think about an HVAC, storm damage, paying for housing if a tree falls on the roof, dealing with stupid insurance companies, etc.

There is a lot to be said for having money at your immediate disposal when a cherry deal comes along.

Seems like a very green/ tree lined kind of town.

Either can work, propstream will be more affordable  but is propstream as good as data tree finding vacant land. i am on propstream looking and cannot seem to find anything decent , and i am looking in areas where i know vacant land is

You are also entitled to damages for the trees cut down and dirt work done on your property.
