It just seems to make sense to get out of Illinois (especially Cook County) with outrageous property taxes, the new soda tax, and speculation of another rise in property taxes soon.

I know I'm over simplifying, it doesn't seem that hard I would imagine @Jay Hinrichs saying "Questionable ethnics is like ice in your drink at a burger flipper, the higher the volume the more ice they put in your soda, and will use words like *cooling optimization* to defend the scant amount of soda in MY DRINK!"

I would think people have an easier time paying a few grand more for a house (getting a larger mortgage) than having to scrape together cash after they close to sod a yard.You are also asking to track in more dirt without having grass in the front.

A simple measure to keep drains clear and smelling fresh is to put 1/2 cup of baking soda down the drain, followed by a cup of vinegar poured slowly.
