I live in Florida and willing to move to whatever city I can implement BRRRR estrategy, here in Miami doesn't seem possible.

One out of the box idea that might be cool is to implement an educational feature similar to learning a new language on Duolingo.

For another business I run I do post daily accountability in a FB/mentorship group and that does help me stay on track.

The FFE and other assets of the business cannot be 1031d anyway.

Also the strategy you are implementing plays a huge part with how to proceed. 

There's an opportunity here for leadership (and some faster, easier to implement coding fixes while they work on long-term solutions).

I'll look into all of this and start implementing...
