@Paul Cijunelis thank you for this response Paul, well I firstly got interested in CRE when one of my high school teachers told me about how he does it and that kind of started my interest, I really love CRE because I've noticed it's a very lucrative and risky business like high risk high reward, but not just that I really love seeing a bunch of properties being brought back to life with renovations.

I figured that people would see the dimmers and at least give me the benefit of the doubt, and they did.Then I got comment No. 2 on the same problem, brought in my electrician, and he saw and explained that the lights had been incorrectly wired when I bought the place.

I understand they need to turn a profit and pay for overhead, but the minimum they should pay a cold caller is $5.When I hired my first cold callers, I outsourced it to an agency, then I brought it in house.
