Are these changes going to help you get more bookings, or are they just making the platform more complex?

Tried it years ago when we starting managing MTRs and had zero inquiries or bookings from them.

Luckily, I get most of my bookings from Vrbo.Even then, I have only had two 4 star reviews in 10 years.

A turnkey company will have all of the services you need in-house; deal analysis, rehab/maintenance and property management.

Found T&H realty services to be pretty interesting as they provide both buyer brokerage service (to help me find deals) as well as do property management i.e. they are not full turnkey provider necessarily, but reduces some of the hassle for me I guess as an out of state investor. 

We closed on one piece of land in Columbus Ohio for a 54 unit apartment hotel project (bookings under 28 days permitted) and we have a secondary site which is under contract to close in June.
