With your real estate background in TX and NC, you’re in a great position to transition into investing.

I am not from real estate background and have been referred to bigger pockets by friends.

Had studied civil engineering and worked at a few engineering firms before so I had a background but really wanted to be out and about working with my hands.

I also have a background in software, having founded and sold the majority of my software company in 2014.

I asked about it and she and explained the 'why' everything else was good (employment, background, income) She has been on time every time going on 18 months  since she moved in.
