Although i do not know your background,  but learn lessons from others who have come into large sums of money and quickly lost it (former professional athletes, lottery winners, etc.).

A college or professional athlete would just find a gym appropriate to their needs and pay the day rate.

Clermont (just West of Orlando) is building a $2 billion athletic health and wellness community  (Olympus) with over 4,000 homes and retail to match.

Tough to do that in the stock market and pretty rare to do as a performer/athlete, like 1% of the 1%, and for C-Suite again have to not only probably be good, but lucky to be in the right place, at the right time, at the right company, with the right opportunity. 

They are extremely difficult for advanced athletes and all have deadly consequences for mistakes. 

All the while being passive investors which professionals and athletes require.

A 200lb professional athlete is going to be more fit than an 200lb desk worker that eats fast food every meal.
