I go over there and discover the upstairs bathroom vanity's drain is leaking like crazy, the water is just gushing down.I disconnect the P-trap and pull down a bit on the drainpipe, and I am able to pull the whole damned drain assembly out the bottom of the vanity.

I think the most challenging aspect would be assembling a reliable team and ensuring everything runs smoothly from a distance.

It's very easy to assemble a team but it won't matter if they are all incompetent or stupid.
