Yes it is a different animal.

They offer a $10K repair fund to fix damages in addition to SD plus warranty for appliance repair etc.I have no say in whom they choose to move in, whether there are animals, limit on # of occupants etc. they reserve right to inspect property so i have no idea if they can tell me to remodel, paint etc.does this make sense i have a vacancy coming up in October (bad rental timing).

With four malicious animal violation citations already they have shown they are untrustworthy pet owners.  

Early on in my career, I saw a close frend do something similar.. she borrowed from her circle to finance a rural fixer-upper, then paid them back once she refinanced after the rehab.I’m guessing that massive yard plus the barn is already a big selling point for your tenant, especially with a family that wants a little extra room for animals.

That is like trying to sell a tofu burger to an animal rights activist having to disclose that the building attached to your tofu burger joint is a slaughterhouse you also own where they slaughter baby cows, and using the exact knife that slaughtered the cow to cut the tofu.

@Jerry Shen ahhh, if you're talking commercial lending, that's a whole other animal. 

I think there is an unfair assumption that every rental looks like “Animal House”!

There are so many different wildlife creatures to see, that if you are an animal lover, you could spend months seeing new animals every day.
