So I'm basically trying to explore if i can borrow money in an alternative way than conventional loan.

If you decide to pursue this option be sure to EXPLICITLY spell out how the maintenance of the buildings will be handled as these types of facilities tend to be hard on property from my experience.

This allows investors to maximize their returns without having to directly face the more restrictive regulations.What do you think about this alternative?
