When I was getting started, I watched a ton of real estate podcasts on YouTube there's a wealth of knowledge to be gained from YouTube University!

RE Investing is much tougher right now than it was 5 years ago.I personally spend at least an hour per day every day deepening my knowledge - reading, webinars, youtube videos, podcasts, formal industry trainings/certifications, etc.

I don't know her, never met her, never went to her classes, but from what I saw on YouTube she seemed to know her stuff and classes were reasonable. 

Have you watched any Jerry Norton You Tube videos?

They provided only a presentation on YouTube along with a PDF.

We're going to watch a Youtube video and realize that it turns out every conversation we've ever actually had about a potential claim situation was secretly reported to a claims database without our knowledge? 

Some had clearly heard about buying a laundromat on YouTube and just wanted someone to listen to their brilliant plan to buy five laundromats in the next year.
