I have used united granitethey are in willow brook- more south west burbs but i’m sure he would travel. my guy is Oswaldo- DM me for contactyou gotta go to the warehouse to pic out your stone and he doesn’t do demohe charges $200 to provide the sink which is a deal i highly recommend

Hello Helena, I would recommend you to focus on the west and north west suburbs, Katy, Cypress and Spring as far as areas.

@Somesh MukherjeeIf you are looking at investing in the cleveland market I would recommend being in areas on the West Side of Cleveland like West Blvd, Cudell, Old Brooklyn, Clark Fulton, Edgewater, Jefferson, and Brooklyn Centre.

you can still find good deals more west of the freeway in SLC or off market in SLC or south salt lake but they are harder to come by

However having developed many subdivisions myself I was able to work with my client ( who is a very experienced civil engineer that did projects in NYC) So determined that with the base zoning it was not a matter of if it was how many and how long to get approved.this is probably one of the top 10 markets in the entire US for new builds you would not have Toll brothers there if it was not. 35 minutes or so West of Dulles and all the high tech in that area..
