No pet deposit but a clause to acknowledge any new damage caused by pet would be paid for by Tenant, like any other leasee, must clean up common areas of pet fur and usual pet clauses. 

Not homeowners insurance which is designed for owner occupied properties and include other lines of coverage like personal contents and jewelry watches furs etc.

I understand no dogs for various reasons (hair, fur, wear, accidents, destruction, smells, etc.), but to single out pits just seems ignorant to me.
