I think longer Covid lingers, urban flight will accelerate but how will it move once Covid is under control via a therapeutic or vaccine etc, no one knows yet.

In law school, I would hit the legit places for a therapeutic massage just before exams and the bar.If there's a performance default, you can still evict, but it gets awkward.

So therapeutic.

But what if the pandemic dissipates, a vaccine is found and therapeutics and drugs are created to cure!

Once we develop a vaccine, or highly effective therapeutics, we will go back to being social creatures.

Sorry this is long, but strangely therapeutic for me as well. 

(Mental disabilities are real, and most people with mental disabilities are not walking around in straight jackets drooling on themselves, BTW... ) It's hard for the family members in some of these cases- they want to help, but it's not always possible (or desirable from a therapeutic standpoint) to take over someones life for them.

But I like to work with my hands and tearing out drywall or laying flooring is fun/therapeutic for me.

Besides, it is therapeutic.
