There are exceptions though, very few, for example, my family has a Zoo and we can restrict the animals from entering the zoo, because it would put our animals as well as theirs at high stress risk. but for the most part, you cannot restrict or charge extra for a legit service animal

As a family, we always have something to do: Levit Shell, Zoo, Children's Museum, Redbirds, Tigers, Grizzlies, Bass Pro, Peabody, Shelby Farms, Botanic Gardens and all the fall festivals, Memphis in May, not to mention the community/school we are in.  

We have a great Metro-parks system, excellent zoo and museum, and fantastic minor league sports teams (Toledo Mud Hens, Walleyes, a new minor league soccer team starting this year, and one of the oldest professional women's football teams).

Cincinnati has division 1 college football and basketball, pro football, pro baseball, world class symphony orchestra, world class zoo, multiple major music venues, and excellent schools.

No Zoo, No theme parks, No Fortune 500 Companies.

Such as relocating the city airport, moving the zoo back into the city.
