And, in the seemingly exceedingly slim chance that a suit arises that brings tries to bring the LPs into play, chances are those attorneys are not going stop at your LLC, but will try to pierce that veil as well to get to you personally.And lastly, Duke's point: if you are looking to protect your investment from liabilities that may arise from you personally, that is another matter.  

However while the chances are very slim, this route violates the due on sale clause in the Deed of Trust you signed for your loan

My guess is a slim ball agent pooped on his waffles one morning and I am truly sorry he has those feelings.  

I'm not saying it won't ever happen but the likelihood of someone renting a 30 person cabin on a whim or last minute is pretty slim.  

From a 10,000ft view (if it was a real investment property) $29k profit (24% ROI) over 5 years is pretty slim.

Problem is theres slim to none investors that are going to allow you to get into a property with zero skin in the game. 

However, if you choose lenders that originate the loan (purchase/rehab/DCSR) to the LLC (entity) and do NOT report to the credit bureaus then as long as you do not default on a loan, the odds are slim that your borrowing activity will appear on personal credit.

Chances of all going to zero are slim but just my personal preference.

Forbid them to perform overtime work, unless its life or unit threatening.Chances are slim you will get detailed receipts from them.
