There is a great local real estate meetup at the Four Points Sheraton on Rt. 30 in York the last Tuesday of the month.

In union city on 15th st and central ave area a new single family with a 2 ping pong table sized garden just went up for 850k+. come on, who in their right mind would buy that, ridiculous prices. from my greenville house the lightrail is literally 5-10min walk, can almost see the WTC from the windows.

You may want to go to one of the local real estate meetups (www.meetup.com).In fact there is one tomorrow night in York at the Four Points Sheraton hotel at 7 p.m. 

In particular this writer's favorite is Sunday Brunch at The Sheraton BugambiliasCross over the bridge and you enter Centro.

She has her own great meeting area.I also recommend attending Investors Resource Center of America, Los Angeles the meetings are held on the 1st tuesday of each month at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Culver City.
