The LLC doesn't actually own the asset and most real estate lawsuits involve the actual property, so I'm unsure that it's providing you protection. 

@Rajendran Subramaniam looking at it from a 7-10 year lens I'd say the Texas market would provide the strongest return and that'll mainly be through appreciation.

As a landlord, Zillow provides you with a background check, credit score, and a well-formatted application for each applicant.

They might be interested in partnering or providing funding for your project. 

Sounds like either some of the information provided may have been exaggerated or changed, or possibly you could have been dealing with an identity theft situation as well.

Found T&H realty services to be pretty interesting as they provide both buyer brokerage service (to help me find deals) as well as do property management i.e. they are not full turnkey provider necessarily, but reduces some of the hassle for me I guess as an out of state investor.
