The office staff know each other well, and he runs them very similarly, so they can fill in at another property if something happens or someone needs an extended leave (ie pregnancy).That said; I agree with Jack in that your evaluations should ensure that the deal makes sense using teams specific to each property.

However, the reward is huge, as we will now be able to afford for me to be a stay at home mom in a high cost of living area due to the net profits we make from our rentals (plus my husband's salary).So, I'll be taking the last 4 weeks of my pregnancy off, making today my last day at work.
