As far as finding a market, the best way is to just tart talking to the people who are already buying out of state and see where they are buying and why.

You can tart out by asking if a deal is good or not, but as was stated here, nobody can tell you without all the numbers needed to analyze the deal.

If this is you first, I would probably skip the expense or try to find a free software (or use Excel spreadsheets) and when you have enough units, tart using more sophisticated (and costly software).
