Even successful people get scammed by smooth talking scammers and shills.

Undercut their "shills" "influencers" etc. 

The same thing the "investors" come here for, are the same things you shills advertise.

It seems odd or may be not that the shills and fake accounts started showing up after Pace rug pulled the very people who fed him hundreds if not more people who paid thousands of dollars to join.

The problem is when "gurus" have fan bois and shills a lot of people get sucked in who lose money and lose money fast! 

I think Peter Harris’ videos are great, but the people who get you to sign up are disgusting swindlers  Most of the high pressure tactics come from the influencers they find in basements shilling crypto and only fans. 

This is why people hate real estate shills.

This means I may owe US income tax on those proceeds, even though I am paying the required Kenyan taxes on the same rental income.
