Best advice I can give you is take your time and get the foundation of your burgeoning empire set before you get into DSCR loans.Conventional financing is the least expensive out there. 

Here are some very UNSCIENTIFIC conclusions I’ve drawn from empirical evidence1. 75% or more of syndications need rising property prices to obtain even a decent risk adjusted rate of return.  

So you have some meaningful cash flow that can be saved to expand your empire.
