Nathan keep in mind not everyone is a landlord most litigation in RE is between partners and investors suing GPs etc etc. 

i haven't read your book, but i've listened to all of the podcasts you've been on, and you talk about the importance of the character of GPs. 

It also had a change of one of the GPs in the sponsor name (i heard unofficially there was a divorce, sponsor name has been changed to reflect the person no longer being associated).  

The people that I see that have made their investors and GPs themselves real long term wealth, never anticipated a huge short term return.  

I for one did not know that all these GPs who probably trianed under gurus were doing all this short term financing that juiced day one returns anad now finds themselves in trouble.. amazing really.
