Most of the projects on Flamingo looked decent.

Landers, flamingo heights, etc?

I have white sheets for my 2 full beds, but most often use pirate & flamingo print sheets for the kids' room.I am also moving from white towels. 

The Flamingo area is actually putting in a 191 slip marina with convention center and new hotel etc........

Doesn't really matter if it's in Joshua Tree or Yucca or Flamingo Heights or further.

However, @Lucas Carl mentioned folding two towels into kissing flamingos or something like that, these towels would be GREAT for a 2nd towel on each bed.The next 72 hours will determine if I'm going to be cleaning 12 empty houses or will have everything filled for a month. 

It's furnished with new furnishings and has a theme, tropical Flamingo. 

I'll be honest though if they said put pink flamingos on the cabinets I would double check, and as long as it wasn't buy and hold it would be whatever they said would sell the fastest.

So if they want the lawn guy to make a flamingo in the yard they have to pay extra for it.
