If Dollywood closes (Like Disney world, Disney land and others) that will scare lots of people.

I have zero desire to go to Disney land or world, but I don't have kids and I'd be surprised if they aren't crowded within months of re-opening, I'm not sure they'll even offer discounts.

The Disneyland employees? 

It took two weeks but I just got my 50% deposit back for a Disneyland AirBNB for April 4-10.

I live in Garden Grove, CA and work at Disneyland fulltime.

The property is 20 minutes SE of DTLA and can honestly say you're less than 30 min to major attractions (beach, Disneyland, Rams stadium, 3 Cal States).

If you look at how their bookings are made, it is the same as disneyland.

I have a house that i live inA vacation house on a lake i dont live inA $450,000 house across the street from Disneyland is a very profitable rental when one night in a Disneyland hotel costs $550 for one room Vacation Rental homes go for $2500 a week here.

Its definitely changing for the better but its no Disneyland in many parts of the area.
