I have been using TurboTax Deluxe the past 8 years, and may have reached a limitation of that software this year.

If it's dimmer, or flickery, then the ground connection is a little shaky.If you don't have grounds at the 2-prong outlets, the deluxe way is just to rewire with new cable with ground.

Or the ones who can't ever pay rent on time, yet have expensive smartphones, enjoy the deluxe cable TV package, and drive fancy late-model cars?

The program I used is called "The Print Shop Deluxe 22".

TurboTax Premier / Deluxe that will handle most people's residential rentals is only max $80, not $500. 

What other layout changes would be needed to have it be 4bdr and have a deluxe modern master suite?
