That's where I think I can provide value, especially with a lightweight, user-friendly interface.On the lease storage and rent adjustments, yes - the landlord side will include a web platform where you can upload leases, store documents, track payments, adjust rent, etc.

The lighting is a little dark in the picture but this will be a lovely/bright kitchen and living room for our next resident.

Don't let them keep you in the dark about what they are charging vs what they are telling you they are charging.

It snapped off vertically down the middle when he went to the kitchen in the dark in the middle of the night and when he turned to walk back, he walked into a little cupboard door which pushed it back against an edge of the wall, which caused the wood to snap.

The rent prices I was basing off of rent estimates I found on the web, so I'm not sure if that is a factor, but I can reassess.

I do not like the web site as much as I liked the app. 

There is a free web site you can list your section 8 rentals on. 

I always preferred the web/desktop version anyhow, but the app was convenient for conversations!

That said it is way oversold and there is a lot of dark side as well. thats a great point over sold.
