I just got quoted 50k to replace the AC system for my 3 family property in central ma. (3 Condensers & two furnaces).

I like the lock but there was an A/C vent right next to the door and we had condensation issues with the locks getting wet inside and malfunctioning.

---Here is the repair note: The air handler was in the opposite direction and the water fell from the condensate pan, which was removed and was placed correctly.

New vinyl plank flooring and carpet were installed throughout the home, all of the electrical outlets were replaced, and the A/C condenser and compressor were replaced.This property is currently listed for sale!

Condensing a 1-2yr campaign into mere weeks?

That is why I think that it is a vital separation between a person that just becomes a member and posts a logo up versus a person with a designation.I tried to condense my thoughts so I hope that makes sense. 

Condenser?

I had a brand new AC put in (May 2024), first guest after snapped the condensation pipe pulled the drain pan clear out.  

@Gwen Fyfe yeah, our AC had ice build up at every turn of the piping going from the condenser outside to the A-coil.
