It happens in all communist countries.

@Eric Bilderback -- China's new economy is a fusion of the communist power structure plus wild west robber barons layered on top of each other, with a huge dose of mafia-style organized crime behind it, except the criminals are all in or connected to the government.

If we want to live like Communist China, North Korea, Russia or other similar countries (Just look at Venezuela and Cuba and see what happens) then the government can seize private property and socialism / communism will take root.

No blinds, get ready for all kinds of original window coverings, including cardboard, Communist guerilla hero flags, sports flags, and my personal favorite to date, a printed banner with a marijuana leaf and "STAY TRIPPY" printed on it.

Taiwan is an island right next to China, has huge investments in China, probably 10% of their population was working in China, and has a different government (Democratically Elected) than China (Communist).  

I’d rather lose 2 grand than deal with a psycho communist state that gives the tenant everything .
